Madison Husmann - Science Communication Intern

Madison worked in the AWESM Lab as the Science Communication Intern during Spring and Summer of 2022. She is a Fisheries & Wildlife student emphasizing in Conservation Biology who is fascinated about the research being conducted in the lab and developing creative ways to educate and share information to others. She has previously gained experience with the Student Conservation Association as an Environmental Education Intern at Katmai National Park & Preserve in Alaska, as well as through creating and promoting events as a Global Ambassador for the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. She values learning and science which leads to her love for gathering information and educating others about ground-breaking work in creative ways.
